Payroll Manger/HR 

Annette is a very diversified and valuable member of our hard working team at United Builders Service.  Since Annette joined us in 2004 she has covered many areas in the office from purchasing to pricing to invoicing, budget policing and more! Annette currently manages our field employee and subcontractor payroll. When Annette took over payroll, it consisted of only 25 employees and has now flourished to over 140… and is still growing.  Her extensive background and knowledge in payroll has made that department a key component to the field employees.  

Before joining United Builders Service, Annette was a bookkeeper for companies ranging from plumbing contractors, software companies to an assisted living facility. Her diversified background is a great asset. 

While Annette is exceptional with payroll her natural niche seems to be HR.  She has natural talent to ease tension and assist in all our employees’ health and well being. Annette has been a fitness instructor for over 15 years and seems to know how to communicate so well with all those in need.   

Annette is a native of Chicago and loves the warm weather whenever possible.  She is a proud mother of one amazing boy and pets including 2 dogs and 2 birds. She loves to socialize, dance, walk her dogs and laugh.
