BRYANT WATTIER

Superintendent 

Prior to joining UBS in August 2003, Bryant worked in the construction industry since 1989.  His experience encompasses several areas from drywall to general contractor.  Bryant has extensive experience in metal stud framing including both light gauge and structural.  He has also proven to be a great asset to United Builders with his ability to provide a quality product with minimum punch lists and effective close out and completion of his projects. 

 Having been in charge of some of United Builder's most difficult and challenging projects, Bryant is currently overseeing the One Lincoln Park project, a 32 story residential building, in downtown Denver. 

He resides in Broomfield with his wife and five girls and enjoys reading, camping and four wheeling with his family.
