From Colorado State, Justin joined Richmond American Homes in Denver Colorado as an assitant superintendent where he was responsible for the completion and cloisng of over 100 homes from 1996- to 1998.  Justin then entered the commercial field of construction with Pinkard Construction in Lakewood Colorado working in all capacities  of construcion. There, Justin gained experience in Estimating, Project Engineering and Project Management.  Justin has completed projects ranging from $500,000. to in excess of $17 million, from high end residential, recreational, educational and industrial facilites.  As a project manager for UBS, Justin brings experience, knowledge of construction practices and a versatility that is highly valued in today's competative construction market.
